About Mike

Worked in a family building business in regional NSW before shifting to Queensland in 1988.  His experience includes Project Management and Construction Manager roles involving Boutique Housing, multiple developments of units, townhouses and 3 story walk-ups.  His specialty though is having a pragmatic, hands on approach when dealing with contractors and clients.

Good communication and a one on one with Mike to ensure all your requirements are included into the scope of works prepared by Mike.  Delivery is the key to success.

Mike’s Building Maintenance Contractors are local and reliable.  Some have worked with Mike in the building industry on the Gold Coast in excess of 20 years.  They all hold current sub-contractors licences and/or Supervisors licences.

Mike has a strong safety ethic ensuring client’s safety comes first.  All contractors working with him follow the same ethic and hold a current safety Induction Card.  All are committed to maintain an excellent safety record.
